### 49 Issue of warrant for non-appearance > *\[Section 49 Amended by No. 10 of 1994, s. 7 and Sched. 2 \]*If a witness or other person, does not appear at the time and place mentioned in the recognizance, then the justices who are there present may adjourn the hearing, and may issue a warrant for his apprehension.
