### 136A Recording of depositions and proceedings
> *\[Section 136A Inserted by No. 45 of 1986, s. 28 \]*Where a deposition or the whole or part of proceedings in any cause or matter under this Act is recorded by mechanical means on to tapes or other apparatus –

> > > (a) [*\[Section 136A Amended by No. 6 of 2003, s. 21, Applied:01 Jul 2003\]*](/view/html/inforce/2003-07-01/act-2003-006#GS21@EN) the tapes or apparatus shall be preserved for such period as may be prescribed; and
> >
> > > (b) the person who recorded the deposition or the proceedings shall certify the recording to be a true and accurate record of the deposition or proceedings to which it relates.
