### 136 Protection of defective or irregular execution > > (1)  *\[Section 136 Subsection (1) amended by No. 66 of 1975, s. 4 \]*Where there is a defect or want of form in a conviction or order – > > > > > > (a) execution made thereon under this Act shall be deemed not to be unlawful; and > > > > > > > (b) the person making the execution shall be deemed not to be a trespasser – > > > > by reason thereof. > > > (2)  A person making an execution under this Act shall be deemed not to be a trespasser from the beginning by reason of an irregularity afterwards committed by him in the execution. > > > (3)  A person aggrieved by an irregularity as mentioned in [subsection (2)](#GS136@Gs2@EN) may recover satisfaction for any special damage caused him by the irregularity.
