106GA Application for registration of external restraint order
[Section 106GA Inserted by No. 21 of 1992, s. 9 ]
(1) [Section 106GA Subsection (1) amended by No. 40 of 1999, Sched. 1, Applied:16 Jul 1999] A person may apply to the Chief Clerk of Petty Sessions for the registration of an external restraint order.
(2) An application is to –
(a) be made in a form approved by the Chief Clerk of Petty Sessions; and
(b) [Section 106GA Subsection (2) amended by No. 40 of 1999, Sched. 1, Applied:16 Jul 1999] be accompanied by a copy of the external restraint order; and
(c) [Section 106GA Subsection (2) amended by No. 40 of 1999, Sched. 1, Applied:16 Jul 1999] be accompanied by such evidence of effective service of the external restraint order on the person against whom it was made as the Chief Clerk considers appropriate.
