Tasmania act
This Act creates a short-term amending vehicle that incorporates changes into the Magistrates Court Act 1987, the Registration to Work with Vulnerable People Act 2013 and the Supreme Court Civil Procedure Act 1932. It commences by proclamation and automatically repeals on the first anniversary after the last uncommenced provision starts.
It affects the agencies, courts and individuals governed by those Acts by updating their authorised versions and by shifting timing and administrative responsibilities to track commencements and the Act’s sunset.
