Tasmania act
This Act records miscellaneous, technical amendments to several existing laws (Coroners Act 1995; Corrections Act 1997; Tasmanian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2020; Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988) and states those amendments have been incorporated into the authorised versions of those Acts. Mechanically, the Act mostly commences on Royal Assent, but Parts 2 and 5 commence by proclamation (s2); the Act is repealed one year after the last uncommenced provision commences (s3). Primary effects fall on agencies and legal practitioners who administer or rely on the amended Acts.

This Act may be cited as the Justice and Related Legislation (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2025 .

This Act may be cited as the Justice and Related Legislation (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2025 .
(1) Except as provided in this section, the provisions of this Act commence on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.
(2) Parts 2 and 5 commence on a day or days to be proclaimed.
