sec.12 Information not to be disclosed under this Act
Despite sections 6 , 6C , 6D , 9 and 10 , this Act does not authorise the disclosure of the following information— information provided in an application made under the Police Powers and Responsibilities Act 2000 , section 239 , 248 , 282 , 328 , 333 , 336 or 343 ; information mentioned in the Police Powers and Responsibilities Act 2000 , section 803 (2) ; information that may lead to the identification of an informer; information that may lead to the identification of a person as a notifier under the Child Protection Act 1999 , section 186 ; information that may lead to the identification of a detention centre employee who has reported, under the Youth Justice Act 1992 , section 268 , harm or suspected harm to a child. s 12 amd 2009 No. 34 s 45 (1) sch pt 1 amdt 22; 2017 No. 41 s 25 ; 2022 No. 7 s 132 sch 1
- (a) information provided in an application made under the Police Powers and Responsibilities Act 2000 , section 239 , 248 , 282 , 328 , 333 , 336 or 343 ;
- (b) information mentioned in the Police Powers and Responsibilities Act 2000 , section 803 (2) ;
- (c) information that may lead to the identification of an informer;
- (d) information that may lead to the identification of a person as a notifier under the Child Protection Act 1999 , section 186 ;
- (e) information that may lead to the identification of a detention centre employee who has reported, under the Youth Justice Act 1992 , section 268 , harm or suspected harm to a child.
