25 Vexatious litigants Section 67A (2) (2) If the court is satisfied that a person has frequently instituted vexatious proceedings, the court may declare the person to be a vexatious litigant. (2A) The court may make a declaration— (a) on its own initiative; or (b) on the application of— (i) the Attorney-General; or (ii) an aggrieved person.
