#### 76 Regulations 76 Regulations > > (1) The Governor may make regulations, not inconsistent with this Act, for or with respect to any matter that by this Act is required or permitted to be prescribed or that is necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to this Act. > > > (1A) In particular, the regulations may make provision for or with respect to the following— > > > > > (a) the information or other matter to be contained in any notice, summons or other document that by or under this Act is required or permitted to be prepared, > > > > > (b) the manner of service of any such document. > > > (2) A regulation may create an offence punishable by a penalty not exceeding 5 penalty units. > > **s 76:** Am 1987 No 286, Sch 2 (10); 2004 No 68, Sch 8 \[3\].
