7 State Service employees and officers not entitled to additional remuneration
Regulation 6 does not apply to an employee or officer of the State Service, within the meaning of the State Service Act 2000 , who is entitled to full pay under any of the following while the employee or officer attends for jury service:
(a) that Act, or regulations made under that Act;
(b) an award or industrial agreement;
(c) the person’s instrument of appointment.
