### 24 Enquiries relating to non-disqualifying offences > The Commissioner of Police, at the request of the Director of Public Prosecutions, is to – > > > > (a) cause enquiries to be made as to whether a person named on the list provided under [section 27(6)](#GS27@Gs6@EN) has, or is alleged to have, committed a non-disqualifying offence in Tasmania or elsewhere; and > > > > > (b) provide a report of the result of those enquiries to the Director of Public Prosecutions.
