86 Double jeopardy
If an act or omission constitutes any two or more of the following—
(a) an offence against this Act;
(b) an offence against the common law; or
(c) conduct that the court may deal with summarily under Division 2;
(d) a contempt of the court—
the offender is liable to be prosecuted or dealt with in any or all of the applicable ways but is not liable to be punished more than once for the same act or omission.
