62 Power to administer oaths and affirmations The Juries Commissioner and each Deputy Juries Commissioner is a person duly authorised to administer oaths and affirmations under Part 3 of the **Oaths and Affirmations Act 2018** and, subject to that Part, may administer any oaths and affirmations that appear to that person to be proper for the purposes of this Act. See section 12(2) of the **Oaths and Affirmations Act 2018**.
