61 Certain employees to be deputies A person employed in the public service with a classification that is prescribed for the purposes of this section is, by virtue of that employment, a Deputy Juries Commissioner. S. 62 amended by No. 69/2009 s. 54(Sch. Pt 2 item 30), substituted by No. 6/2018 s. 68(Sch. 2 item 74.8).
