59 Payments (1) The Authority is entitled to the reimbursement of its reasonable costs and expenses incurred in representing the Crown under section 58. S. 59(2) amended by Nos 67/2013 s. 649(Sch. 9 item 20(6)), 5/2021 s. 50. (2) The Authority must make any payment of compensation or provisional payments under this Part out of the WorkCover Authority Fund under the **Workplace** **Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2013**. (3) There is to be paid into the WorkCover Authority Fund out of the Consolidated Fund, which is to the necessary extent appropriated accordingly— (a) the amounts to be reimbursed under subsection (1); and (b) the amount of any payments under subsection (2).
