58 Authority to represent Crown In all proceedings under this Part, the Authority represents the Crown and has the same powers, rights and authorities as the Authority has under the **Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2013** in regard to the corresponding matter relating to a worker under that Act.
