53 Employee must notify employer of date etc. of jury service An employee must— (a) notify his or her employer as soon as possible of the date on which he or she is required to attend for jury service; and (b) give his or her employer written details of— (i) the date on which the employee attended for jury service; and (ii) the duration of the period of jury service; and (iii) any remuneration paid to the employee under section 51; and (c) give his or her employer any other information as directed by the Juries Commissioner.
