#### 84 Venue in suits for forfeiture Proceedings on seizures made on the high seas for forfeiture under any law of the Commonwealth may be prosecuted in any State or Territory into which the property seized is brought. Proceedings on such seizures made within any State or Territory shall be prosecuted in the State or Territory where the seizure is made, except in cases when it is otherwise provided by law.
