#### 70 Offences committed in several States (1) When an offence against the laws of the Commonwealth is begun in one State or part of the Commonwealth and completed in another, the offender may be dealt with tried and punished in either State or part in the same manner as if the offence had been actually and wholly committed therein. (2) This section has effect subject to sections 68C and 68D.
