sec.9 District Court judge other than the Chief Judge
A District Court judge, other than the Chief Judge, is entitled to be paid an amount for a financial year, as salary and jurisprudential allowance, that is equal to 90% of the benchmark amount for the financial year. s 9 amd 2013 No. 35 s 92 ; 2024 No. 47 s 64C
