sec.32 Definitions for pt 5
In this part— commencement means the commencement of this section. current financial year means the financial year starting on 1 July 2007. new Act means this Act as in force immediately after commencement. relevant allowance , in relation to a judicial officer, means— if the judicial officer is entitled to be paid jurisprudential allowance—jurisprudential allowance; or if the judicial officer is entitled to be paid an education and conference allowance—education and conference allowance. repealed Act means the repealed Judges (Salaries and Allowances) Act 1967 .
