sec.29 Notice of election
Written notice given to the following for an election under section 18 or 19 is evidence of the election— for a presidential member under the Industrial Relations Act 2016 the chief executive of the department in which that Act is administered; for all other judicial officers—the chief executive. s 29 amd 2013 No. 29 s 59ZI ; 2016 No. 63 s 1157 sch 6
