sec.24 No decrease of salaries and allowances
The total amount of salary and allowances payable to a judicial officer for a financial year under this Act can not be decreased in any later financial year. Subsection (1) has effect despite any other provision of this Act. This section does not affect the Constitution of Queensland 2001 , section 62 (2) .
