sec.23 Appropriation
Subject to subsection (2) , the following are payable out of the consolidated fund and the fund is appropriated accordingly— amounts for salaries and allowances payable under this Act; amounts payable under a determination mentioned in section 26 . This section does not affect the Constitution of Queensland 2001 , section 62 (3) .
