#### 9 Judicial education 9 Judicial education > > (1) The Commission may organise and supervise an appropriate scheme for the continuing education and training of judicial officers. > > > (2) In organising such a scheme, the Commission shall— > > > > > (a) endeavour to ensure that the scheme is appropriate for the judicial system of the State, having regard to the status and experience of judicial officers, > > > > > (b) invite suggestions from and consult with judicial officers as to the nature and extent of an appropriate scheme, > > > > > (c) have regard to the differing needs of different classes of judicial officers and give particular attention to the training of newly appointed judicial officers, and > > > > > (d) have regard to such other matters as appear to the Commission to be relevant.
