#### 32 Non-finalisation of certain matters 32 Non-finalisation of certain matters > > (1) The Conduct Division shall cease dealing with a complaint about a judicial officer if the officer ceases to hold office for any reason. > > > (2) If the Conduct Division is dealing with more than one matter concerning a judicial officer, it need not deal with all of the matters if it is satisfied that it has dealt with one or more of the matters in a way that makes it unnecessary to finish dealing with all of them. > > > (3) Nothing in this section prevents the referral of, or the making of a report about, a complaint.
