#### 74 Disclosure of interests by members If a member of a Commission has or acquires any interest, pecuniary or otherwise, that could conflict with the proper performance of his or her duties in relation to the Commission’s investigation and report: (a) he or she must disclose the interest to all the persons and bodies recognised by the Commission as parties to the investigation; and (b) except with the written consent of all those persons and bodies, he or she must not take part in the investigation or preparation of the report.
