#### 61 Obstruction of a Commission A person commits an offence if the person: (a) insults or disturbs a Commission; or (b) interrupts the hearings of a Commission; or (c) uses any insulting language towards a Commission; or (d) by writing or speech uses words false and defamatory of a Commission; or (e) engages in conduct that is intended, or likely, to amount to an improper interference with: (i) the free exercise by a Commission of its authority or functions; or (ii) the free performance by a member of the member’s duties as a member. Penalty: Imprisonment for 6 months.
