#### 45 Costs of legal representation for Commonwealth judicial officer (1) The Commonwealth is liable to pay for the reasonable costs of legal representation for the Commonwealth judicial officer in relation to whom an allegation of misbehaviour or incapacity is being investigated under this Act. (2) No other person is liable under any Act of the Commonwealth to pay for such costs.
