#### 33 Occupier to provide constable with facilities and assistance The occupier of premises to which a search warrant relates, or another person who apparently represents the occupier, must provide the constable executing the warrant with all reasonable facilities and assistance for the effective exercise of the constable’s powers. > Note: A person who breaches this section might commit an offence (see section 62).
