The Director must give Integrity Oversight Victoria a copy of any guidelines made by the Judicial Commission regarding any of the following matters—
(a) the use of coercive powers;
(b) the determination by an investigating panel of whether a hearing or part of a hearing should be open to the public under section 62(3).
