66 Notification of certain matters to Integrity Oversight Victoria

(1) The Director must give Integrity Oversight Victoria, by written notice, details of any information the Director has received under section 65.

(2) At the end of an investigation of a matter by the Judicial Commission, the Director must give Integrity Oversight Victoria—
(a) written notice of the exercise of a power under section 29 requiring an officer concerned to undergo a medical examination; and
(b) a written explanation of why the power specified in paragraph (a) was used.
