#### 3 Repeal (1) The following Acts are repealed: Judges’ Pensions Act 1948; Judges’ Pensions Act 1956; Judges’ Pensions Act 1958; Judges’ Pensions Act 1961. (2) The repeal effected by the last preceding subsection does not affect the operation of: (a) any amendment made by an Act repealed by that subsection to an Act that is not so repealed; or (b) any provision for the citation of an Act as amended by such an amendment.
