[Section 15 Inserted by No. 91 of 1999, s. 30, Applied:15 Dec 1999] The Governor may make regulations for the purposes of this Act including, but not limited to, providing for –
(a) the manner in which persons to whom this Act applies may elect to cease to be subject to this Act; and
(b) the transfer of entitlements of those persons.
