13B Requirement for minimum benefit
[Section 13B Inserted by No. 65 of 2005, Sched. 1, Applied:15 Dec 2005] A benefit payable under this Act must contain an employer component that is at least the minimum benefit that satisfies the requirements of the Superannuation Guarantee (Administration) Act 1992 of the Commonwealth.
