sec.16 Vacancy of office
The office of a member becomes vacant if— the member is disqualified from continuing as a member under section 12 ; or the member resigns under section 15 .
- (a) the member is disqualified from continuing as a member under section 12 ; or
- (b) the member resigns under section 15 .
