sec.15 Resignation
A member may resign by signed notice given to the Minister. The resignation takes effect— on the day the notice is given; or if a later day is stated in the notice—on the later day. (sec.15-ssec.1) A member may resign by signed notice given to the Minister. (sec.15-ssec.2) The resignation takes effect— on the day the notice is given; or if a later day is stated in the notice—on the later day.
