sec.14 Conditions of appointment
A member is to be paid the remuneration and allowances decided by the Governor in Council. A member holds office on the terms and conditions, not provided by this Act, that are decided by the Governor in Council. A member is appointed under this Act and not under the Public Sector Act 2022 . s 14 amd 2022 No. 34 s 365 sch 3 (sec.14-ssec.1) A member is to be paid the remuneration and allowances decided by the Governor in Council. (sec.14-ssec.2) A member holds office on the terms and conditions, not provided by this Act, that are decided by the Governor in Council.
