Proceedings for offences against this Ordinance: (a) in the case of offences against subsections 86(1) or (1B) of this Ordinance—may be dealt with in accordance with Part 17 of the Crimes Act 1900 (ACT); and (b) in any other case—may be dealt with summarily before the ACT Magistrates Court.
