89 Liability of persons in respect of loss or damage caused by bush or other fires
Except as expressly provided in this Ordinance, this Ordinance, or any conviction, payment of penalty or proceeding under this Ordinance, does not affect a civil claim or proceedings in respect of: (a) loss or damage caused by a bush or other fire to which this Ordinance relates; or (b) a trespass committed.
