88 Persons and bodies to give information to Minister
(1) The Minister may make a reasonable request for a person or body, on which a function is conferred under this Ordinance, to give the Minister specified information relating to the performance of the function, or the administration of this Ordinance. (2) The person or body must give the information to the Minister in the form (if any) requested by the Minister.
