86J Lighting, using or carrying tobacco products or other objects
(1) A person commits an offence if: (a) the person lights a tobacco product, match or other object; and (b) the person lights the object within 15 metres of a stack of grain, hay, corn or straw or any standing crop, dry grass or stubble field.
Penalty: 30 penalty units.
(2) A person commits an offence if: (a) the person uses or carries a lit tobacco product, lit match or another lit object; and (b) the person uses or carries the lit object within 15 metres of a stack of grain, hay, corn or straw or any standing crop, dry grass or stubble field.
Penalty: 30 penalty units.
