86E Destruction etc. of notices
A person commits an offence if: (a) a notice is displayed for the purposes of this Ordinance under the authority of the Fire Management Committee, the Minister or a public authority; and (b) the person destroys, defaces or removes the notice; and (c) the person does so without lawful authority.
Penalty: 5 penalty units.
