86A Burning to demolish buildings etc.
A person commits an offence if: (a) the person lights a fire for the purpose of, or in connection with, the demolition of a building or the destruction of building materials; and (b) the person: (i) is not authorised to light the fire by a fire permit; or (ii) fails to comply with any conditions set out in a fire permit authorising the person to light the fire.
Penalty: 20 penalty units.
