81 Refusal to issue fire permit
The Minister may refuse to issue a fire permit if: (a) the issue of the permit would be inconsistent with the bush fire risk management plan; or (b) the Minister has determined in writing that no fire permits be issued for fires to be lit in the Territory because of the severity of bush fire danger in the Territory; or (c) the Minister is authorised or required under this or any other Ordinance not to issue the permit.
