72 Bush fire danger period
(1) For the purposes of this Ordinance, the bush fire danger period is: (a) the period specified in the rules; or (b) if no period is specified in the rules—the period commencing on 1 October and ending on 31 March in the following year. (2) Before making a rule for the purposes of paragraph (1)(a), the Minister must take into account the bush fire danger period applying in relation to each local government area of New South Wales adjacent to the Territory.
