33 Minister may authorise members of rural fire brigades to perform functions
(1) A function conferred on the Minister under this Ordinance may be performed by a member of a rural fire brigade authorised for the purpose by the Minister. (2) The authorisation may be written or oral. (3) The Minister must keep a record of all authorisations given under this section.
