25 Use of force to gain entry to premises
(1) A person may use reasonable force to gain entry to premises under this Division if the Minister has authorised, in writing, the use of force: (a) in the particular case; or (b) in circumstances present in the particular case. (2) If a person uses force to enter premises, the person must, as soon as practicable, tell the Minister that the person used force to enter the premises. (3) The Minister must, on being told of the use of force, tell any other person or authority that the Minister considers appropriate about the use of the force.
