23 Damage to property
(1) If damage to property is caused by a person performing a function under this Division in good faith, the damage is taken to be damage by fire within the meaning of a policy of insurance against fire covering the property. (2) A provision or condition in an agreement that negates, limits or modifies, or purports to negate, limit or modify, the operation of this section is void and of no effect.
