18 Power to remove persons or obstacles
If an officer of a rural fire brigade believes the presence of a person, vehicle, vessel or other thing at or near a fire might interfere with the work of a rural fire brigade or the performance of functions by the officer, the officer may: (a) remove the person or thing; or (b) authorise or direct a member of a rural fire brigade to remove the person or thing.
